Newspapers report that 13 MPs want to cancel the adopted draft amendments to the Law on Protection of Animals which allowed slaughter of animals in a way of ritual cut or Halal method.  In the meantime, some other MPs consider that norms on ritual slaughter of animals should be simplified.
